Silverheels Ranch in Fairplay, Colorado

Mountain living the way it should be.

The community of Silverheels Ranch sits at the base of Silverheels Mountain just one mile northeast of Fairplay, Colorado. With modern mountain homes neatly tucked among aspen groves and grand old bristle cone pines, Silverheels Ranch property owners cherish the peaceful environment, proximity to nature, and privacy afforded by their high alpine locale.

Members of the community share the use of two privately maintained fishing lakes, easy access to Pike National Forest, and spectacular mountain scenery. Silverheels Ranch has fiber internet connection through South Park Telephone, now Highline Internet – a rarity in the Colorado mountains!
